Conference room audio where every voice is heard

A boardroom or council hall lives and dies by whether people can hear each other, in the room and on the call. KYAF designs conference systems with a microphone for every seat, speakers that keep voices natural, and processing that stops echo on video calls.

WHAT MATTERS

A microphone for every seat

Delegate and chairman units, or table goosenecks, so every participant is picked up clearly, with the chair able to manage who speaks.

Clear on video calls

Digital processing with echo cancellation so people on Zoom or Teams hear the room clearly, and the room hears them without their own voices coming back.

Speakers you don't notice

Ceiling speakers spread evenly so the voice comes from everywhere at a natural level, not from one loud box at the end of the table.

One button to start the meeting

Wall controllers or touch panels that switch the room on, choose the source and set the volume.

THE EQUIPMENT

What we typically specify

Genuine HARMAN Professional equipment from the official distributor in Pakistan. The exact models and quantities depend on your room; we recommend them after a survey or from your drawings.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked

What do I need for conference room audio?

Microphones for the participants, ceiling or wall speakers, an amplifier, and a digital signal processor that mixes the microphones and cancels echo for video calls. Larger rooms add a delegate system so the chair can control who speaks.

Why do people on our Zoom calls hear an echo?

Their voice comes out of your room's speakers and goes back into your microphones. A processor with acoustic echo cancellation removes it. KYAF tunes it for the room on installation.

Do you install council hall and parliament-style systems?

Yes. KYAF supplies AKG conference systems with chairman and delegate units for council halls, boardrooms and training rooms, and integrates them with the room's speakers and video.

How much does a conference room audio system cost in Pakistan?

It depends on the number of seats and whether the room joins video calls. KYAF quotes each room; send the seat count and room size on WhatsApp.
