What sound system does an auditorium need?
Most auditoriums need a pair of line arrays or point-source speakers either side of the stage, subwoofers, fill speakers for seats the main speakers miss, a mixing console, wireless and lectern microphones, and processing to tune it all to the room.
Line array or normal speakers for a school or college hall?
For a long or tiered hall of a few hundred seats or more, a compact line array such as the JBL BRX308-LA covers the back rows far more evenly. For a small, short room, good point-source speakers are enough. KYAF recommends after looking at the hall's drawings.
Which auditoriums has KYAF done?
KYAF designed and installed the system at Sialkot Medical College, published by HARMAN Professional as Pakistan's first JBL BRX system, and equipped the theatre at the National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) in Karachi.
How much does an auditorium sound system cost in Pakistan?
